The clipping feature within Inflator is also great and still sounds better to me than some of the recent clipper plugins that have been released. I love Inflator for those cases where the client likes the mastering but wants it just a little bit louder, then I'll insert it before the main limiter. The Inflator has an output ceiling adjustment but it isn't ISP aware or oversampled. Granted, I also have an entire chain on my mixbus consisting of a Buss Comp, a bx_digital, a SHMC, a Massive Passive and a SSL G usually, so YMMV.To echo the others, Inflator is a great tool but I would still use a limiter after it in mastering scenarios, especially one with Intersample Peak Detection or oversampling if you're trying to push things loud. I tend to use the Precision Maximizer with some gentle settings followed by a brickwall Precision Limiter (to catch peaks) as the last couple steps for my mixes when I need to get the loudness up.
